Ms. McCants has dedicated the last twenty-eight years to the students and staff at Browne EC. She began as a paraprofessional and worked her way to clerk, administrative aide, business manager, and is now serving as the school’s Manager of Strategy and Logistics. According to her principal, Ms. McCants is “a partner in planning and the heart of operations in the building. Unparalleled in her dedication, she is open to learning what is takes to be a leader, while building leadership capacity in those she supervises.”
