The Safe & Lethality Project MOU is an agreement with multiple core service and law enforcement agencies within the District of Columbia that provide supports to victims of domestic violence and their families. The agreement allows for agencies to share information regarding the victims and their families to provide immediate assistance.
DCPS is responsible ensuring that the educational services are not interrupted. If services must be interrupted, DCPS must ensure that educational options are provided as quickly as possible.
